The set looks decent enough, but it just isn’t as soft as I hoped. After a few hours, the fabric started feeling kind of scratchy, and I kept noticing how uncomfortable it was. For the price, I really expected something softer. It’s not terrible, but it’s not super comfy, and the scratchy feel was disappointing.

I was a bit frustrated with the sizing because it wasn’t very clear. One part made it seem like I should order my usual size, but then the fit ended up feeling different than expected. Just wish the size info was more straightforward.

I don’t know, the sizing just feels really inconsistent. I’ll order the same size and, like, it fits totally different every time, which is frustrating.

I was really disappointed with how long it took to get replies from customer support. When they finally did respond, the answers weren’t very helpful and it felt like no one was actually trying to fix my issue. If this is the kind of support I can expect going forward, I’ll seriously consider taking my business somewhere else...

I went on liliosalingerie.com thinking I’d treat myself to a few new pieces, and at first it actually looked promising. I was scrolling through, spotting some really items, and getting a little cart planned in my head. But then I’d click into a size or color I liked, and over and over again it would be out of stock. After a while, it started to feel like every good find came with a catch.
I ended up spending more time browsing than actually buying, which was disappointing. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but I wish they made the stock situation clearer before you get all the way to the product page. I gave it 2 stars because I liked some of what I saw, but the availability made the whole experience frustrating

I stopped in after a friend recommended the place, and they definitely have some really cute items. That said, a lot of the prices felt higher than I expected, so I didn’t end up buying as much as I thought I would.

My snap judgment was that the styles are really cute and the design looks nice. They’re not perfect, but overall I liked the look right away.

The pages were loading slow, the filters didn’t really seem to do what I picked, and a few times I’d click on something and somehow end up back where I started. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but I feel like if a site is confusing then it’s basically not set up right anyway. Checkout wasn’t very clear either, so after a bit I just gave up. Not exactly the easiest shopping experience.

My order showed up on time, so points for that, I guess. But the packaging? Yeah, not exactly giving “carefully packed.” The box was a bit smashed, and inside it looked like everything had been tossed in by the Department of Good Enough. For lingerie, I expected it to feel a little nicer or at least be protected better. Nothing was seriously damaged, thankfully, but the whole thing felt careless. Kind of disappointing.

Shipping was fine, nothing really to complain about there, but the price just didn’t make sense to me. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I ordered a set and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. The tracking barely updated, and when I contacted support, they basically just told me to "wait." It finally showed up way later than expected, after I actually needed it. If the shipping is this unreliable, I’m "definitely" not ordering again.
